NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING

In compliance with the provisions of Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, notice is hereby given of a Regular Meeting of the Board of Emergency Services Commissioners of Llano County Emergency Services District No 4 to be held at the Oak Ridge Community Center to begin at 6:00 PM on Monday, January 24, 2022.

The following agenda items will be discussed, considered and action taken as appropriate:

  1. Call to order and establish quorum
  2. Acknowledge Visitors
  3. Pledge of Allegiance
  4. Approve Minutes from the December 13, 2021 meeting
  5. Financial report and payment of bills.
  6. Adjourn

Note: The meeting room will be set up to conform to the continuing social distancing protocals.
